Holy moly! Rainy first night in Boston staying up the way at the Commonwealth we visited the Kenmore. Nathan took great care of us. Solid pour at the bar. Can I say enough about the K Burger? Likely not other than the first bite blows your mind. Quality over everything else. Great spot, will be back tonight and tomorrow night looking for Sturgill Simpson fans.
The place was awesome. My partner and I arrive and walk down these stairs to this almost very put out there but also tucked in bars. My bartender Nathan was perfect. He had great conversation, made us laugh...as we made him laugh as well. The kenmore had great music on I got to watch some sports and the vibe was just on POINT! 100%
Good food at a great price ! Went on a Sunday for football and apps, and they had great specials going on. A little hidden but would definitely recommend stopping by if you happen to cross the Kenmore!
Was at The Kenmore today...8/11/2024. What a superlative place. Both of us had a hamburger for $6.75 and shared a hot dog, which was $4.50. The burger, on a brioche bun--cooked a perfect medium-rare--had bibb lettuce, tomato and pickles. It was one of the most flavorful burgers I've ever had. The hot dog was on a buttered hot dog roll. Again, one of the best hot dogs ever. Even better than the food was the service and staff. 5-star all the way. This place is a right on Commonwealth Avenue, and a 7 minute walk to Fenway Park. Nice and airy with sweet outdoor seating.
Jack, Nathan, and Gabi were so accommodating! So much fun chatting it up over a game and drinking great beer in a great atmosphere! Highly recommend whether you want one drink or hang out to watch the game.
